Message	your car. As far as the body shop goes it shouldn't take that long to get the work done. I would tell the body shop that if they want the job they have 3 weeks to get the job done, that's plenty of time. I worked in a body shop for years when I was younger and just like anything else, the squeaky wheel gets the grease. If the body shop wants the job and you feel they are a GOOD shop that does QUALITY work then hit them with this. You have 3 weeks to do the job start to finish. If you go over the thirty days for whatever reason you will then be responsible for my rental car expenses from where my insurance drops off. So it's up to them at that point if they want to draw the ob out. I know from personal experience I could skin a door, weld the new skin on, prep it, and have it in the paint booth by lunch. It would be painted and ready to hang the following morning. By lunch that day the interior panels would be on and the car ready for washing. If I was going to replace the whole door then it was about the same amount of time. Also, I would double check with your insurance agent and ask them to provide you with a written copy of your policy that shows the rental car limit. Don't take their word for anything, right now they're in the do-it-for-as-cheap-as-they-can-mode. I don't recall if the quarter got bent too? As for the bimbo, you could sue her and get a judgement against her. You wouldn't collect anything now but it would be a big hit on her credit file and she wouldn't be able to do squat financially until she satisfied the debt.
